With Clicon Store, you can return products within the returns window according to several situations.
- If it is physically damaged or has missing parts or accessories
- In the event that the product has defective or different parts than described in the product detail page on the Clicon Store.
The return will only be processed in several of them
- If the product was not damaged during your possession.
- The product was not different from what was shipped to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and this includes the brand / manufacturer’s box, user manual, warranty card and all accessories in it).
What products are not eligible for return
There are also products that are not eligible for returns, including these cases
- Cases of buyer’s remorse such as the incorrect model or color of the product ordered.
- You cannot return products marked “non-returnable” on the product detail page.
- Some products are eligible for exchange only.
